These Terms and Conditions apply to all participants, including visitors, speakers, exhibitors, and attendees of the Invest Web3 Forum 2025 (IWF2025), organized by Giakaa Capital by Kailanchal Technologies Private Limited. The event will take place at In5 Tech, Dubai, on January 16, 2025.
By registering for the event, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are governed under the laws of the India.
1. Event Registration
When registering for the Event, You agree to the following terms and conditions:
- You agree to bear the ticket cost of the Event.
- Only fully complete registration forms will be accepted.
- Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment, where applicable.
- If full payment is not received before the deadline, the registration will be cancelled at the Organizers' discretion.
- Organizers reserve the right to refuse additional registrations if the maximum capacity is reached.
- Organizers may change these Terms & Conditions and any other information on the Event's website at any time.
- Your continued use of the Event's website implies acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.
- You acknowledge that the date and venue of the Event are fixed and cannot be changed.
- Organizers reserve the right to alter the title, location, format, venue, and date of the Event at their sole discretion.
- By registering, You consent to the use of Your contact information by the Organizers and third-party partners for updates about this Event and other communications.
- Event passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be upgraded.
- Photographic ID may be required during the Event.
- Admission to the Event is reserved by the Organizers, and their decision is final.
- You grant consent to share Your data with third parties for marketing purposes when You engage with them at the Event.
- Organizers are not liable for any unauthorized disclosure or misuse of Your information by third parties.
- You are fully liable for your actions at the Event.
- Foreign attendees are responsible for their own visa and travel arrangements.
2. Venue and Special Requirements
- You must comply with the rules and regulations at the Venue.
- Personal property brought to the Venue is at Your own risk.
- Organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
- Car parking facilities are used at Your own risk.
- Organizers are not responsible for food allergies, disabilities, or health issues of attendees.
3. Attendee Obligations
- Observe the rules, policies, and procedures of the Venue, including health and safety instructions.
- Behave respectfully and professionally without breaching any laws or regulations.
- Ensure adequate insurance, including personal accident and travel insurance, before attending the Event.
- Travel to and attendance at the Event are at Your own risk.
4. Event Content
- Organizers reserve the right to change the content, agenda, speakers, timing, and venue of the Event without prior notice.
- All rights to recordings, presentations, materials, and documentation belong to the Organizers.
- No photography, filming, or recording is permitted without authorization.
- Content cannot be distributed, reproduced, modified, or used commercially without permission.
- Organizers are not responsible for the content of any speaker's presentation.
5. Liability
- Organizers' liability is limited to the amount of the Event registration fee.
- Organizers are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
- You agree to indemnify Organizers against any damages, losses, or claims arising from Your actions or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
- Organizers are not responsible for any injury, death, damage, theft, or loss incurred at the Event.
6. Compliance with Laws
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those related to bribery and corruption.
- Do not offer or accept any financial or other advantages as an inducement or reward for any act related to the Event.
- Follow the latest COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Government of UAE.
7. Force Majeure
Organizers are not liable for any hindrance, failure, or delay in performing any obligations due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, extreme weather, power failures, pandemics, or other emergencies ("Force Majeure Event"). In such cases, Organizers may vary, postpone, or cancel the Event without liability.
8. General
- The Privacy Policy and Cancellation Policy form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by Indian law and the courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
- No partnership, agency, joint venture, or employee/employer relationship is intended or created by these Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions embody the entire agreement between the parties.
- You are not permitted to transfer or assign any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
By registering for the Event, You consent to the use of Your personal and company information for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy, including internal processing, publication in Event materials, and communications about future events.

10. Cancellation Policy
- Passes cannot be upgraded, cancelled, or refunded.
- If the Event is postponed or cancelled due to a Force Majeure Event, Organizers are not liable for any costs incurred by You.
- Organizers may retain the registration fee for a future event or refund it after deducting non-recoverable costs.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
You acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy are fair and necessary to protect the interests of the Organizers.
